Does anyone know what legislation affecting polygraph is on the horizon for 2005?

* Rollback of EPPA?

* Polygraph programs for any federal agencies that don't already have one?

* Law against knowingly aiding and abbetting someone to circumvent a polygraph examination?

It's a thankless job, but somebody's gotta do it.

Great Topic.

I wish I had more info on this, but I'm pretty dependent on individual examiners sending me things regarding legislation that is happening in their area. I will use this as the topic for the next newsletter to try and gather more info if anyone has any news on legislation.
